Justice & Child Protection
I am commissioned by those within legal and child protection systems to undertake psychological assessments, consultation and training. I carry out Expert Witness work nationally and internationally. This predominantly relates to questions about the dynamics, impact and memory of child abuse, trauma and victimization.

Education & schools
I support the development of good quality PSHE (personal, social, health & economic) education. I do this through research with young people, the synthesis and analysis of evidence, training teachers, running sessions with young people, and developing resources. My work with Fully Human also feeds into this.​
Respecting me, you, us is a set of lessons I developed with CEOP Education that aims to help young people develop and enjoy healthy relationships, and to prevent abusive dynamics.​ I also inform ‘whole school approaches’ that aim to prevent sexual harassment and other harmful behaviour, and support safer cultures.
Organisations & charities
I work with a diverse range of organisations and charities including (currently or in recent years) the Children’s Commissioner (for England), NSPCC, CEASE, Praesidio Safeguarding, Unseen, the Football Association and the Church of England.​

I am an Ambassador for Global Action Plan and a non-exec director of Six Mental Health Services.
